Charlie Huveneers is a PhD student at Macquarie University, Sydney. Originally from Belgium he is now working on the biology and ecology of wobbegong sharks along the New South Wales coast.

Charlie has examined wobbegong sharks in the fish collection. He has also used the otolith collection to identify fish found in the stomach of wobbegongs and dolphins in order to investigate their diets.

Charlie visited the Australian Museum on several occasions during July and August 2004.
